How do i temporarily shut down my forum?

I need to do some maintenance on my page an i dont want anybody to be able to log in until i get it done can i do that?

 Admin control panel settings:
ACP General Tab  Forum Configuration >>

Scroll down to Forum under construction : Yes then set the days to how long you want it closed for then SAVE.

Only Admin's can then log in to your forum.

If you want to stop new members find the part that says Forum on holiday : then save.

don't for get to turn the Forum on holiday back to no when your done.
