Text inside header bar

Description of problem

I am not really sure if it's called a header bar, but there is white text inside that tan bar just below the date/time area. I am just noticing this as you can only see it if you run your mouse across the left top side of it. It says, "welcome". I cannot find out how to take that out of there. I search everywhere in the ACP with no luck.

Please let me know where that comes from and how to get it out of there.
