to sign up?

Hi,

some users who want to sign up will receive this message:

"The administrator has limited the number of registrations by day and by IP. Please try again later."

what does it mean when the forum is fully open in advance?

I insert here a copy of the user's options:

I do not see that I can open it anymore!

there are no inactive users on the forum!

there is none "Ban an email address"!

And there is none Ban an IP address"!

I can not understand that they can not sign up normally?

You only get this if you are a member already and trying to make more then one account.
This was put in place to help stop bots and hackers.

yes I see now that a member is trying to log in with the same IP address! - Thank you very much for the answer! - Regards Paul
