Only mods can thank people

I'm having another problem where only admins can thank people on latiaswebs and not regular members for the nice thing a moderator says to them. Where is the option to change this?

Administration Panel > Modules > Reputation > Activate "Thanks" button

maybe you have not understood that

1- Only the topic starter can thank a post on a topic
2- Only 1 thanks per topic.

The police can't do nothing we have the right to ban any account we so wish and we have the right to remove any forum we so wish FM own the right's you have no leg to stand on.
