Forum Deletion Not Working

Description of problem

Hello, I have been trying to delete an old forum of mine but the deletion is simply not working.
When clicking on the email link to confirm deletion, it redirects me to the homepage of the admin panel and the deletion doesn't happen.
I remained signed into the admin panel on the same browser so I'm unsure on why this is not working.
I would really like to get this forum deleted as soon as possible.

You exactly should get 2 emails.  One will be the deletion link and the other one will be just saying that the administrator has decided to delete the forum.  So when you click the deletion link in the email you have a tab with the administration panel open?

Correct. I’ve made sure to have the tab open. The link brings me to the administration panel, but there’s no indication of the deletion happening.

URL of your forum.
Email address linked to the forum.
Admin / founders account username.
A link to the founders profile page.

when I get this i can then ask our head office to delete the forum for you. As the office is now closed for the weekend this may not get seen until Monday or Tuesday

Are you sure that you are looking at the deletion email?   Like I said, there should be 2 emails you get.
