Yes registered members can post after 7 days links
Guests can not post at all links and mails

Okay . Real guests cannot . Members that do not log in , are viewed as guests . And are able to post . This has always been this way . When I had a high number of member traffic . This always bothered me . Many would post . But I didn't know who it was . As it says guest .
This is normal default yes ? And can actually be left that way ? Ot should I keep it like above ?

@azwiz it depends on what you want to do, it's a setting - you can set however you like.
The effect that each of the two options does is pretty clear, what is your doubt?

Does this setting prevent members that do not log in . From posting ? If not . Is there a setting that can do that ?
