Unusual backup requesr

Hi everyone,

Today i want to ask about the forum that is currently owned by me and the original creator of the forum. We have special problem as such as we dont have forumotiin utils mail and password. (I even think that we dont have that mail anymore in our possesion even if we knew it).

That forum was a marvelous game sistem that was active between 2009 and 2015. Now its tradition lives on trough new modrrn forums but that one still exist.

My problem is that during trial to reviva that forum we changed the bbmode and absolutely whole looks got disconnected ofc (css etc).

Now i know there is a feature to backup forum in forumotion utils but both of us dont have acces (we tried so many times).

Forum is currently not active (0 users)


Is there a way for us to restore thw original looks from 2015? That's our only wish for that forum.

the restore system offers you a list of backups up to more or less than one year.....maybe two
backups that are older or not displayed in this list are unrecoverable.

to log in to the utilities you need to use the forum creation email or your forum address and the password used at forum creation

I can tell you the only dates you can do a backup is as follows.

15/05/2023, 08/05/2023, 01/05/2023, 24/04/2023
17/04/2023, 10/04/2023, 06/03/2023 ,30/01/2023
12/12/2022 ,08/11/2022, 04/10/2022, 29/08/2022
07/03/2022, 30/08/2021

Backup's:
Backup's can only be done by the owner/ founder of the forum.
There should only be one owner and the founder / owner should NEVER give the account details out to anyone.
If you have made a change to the founders account like passwords or Email address then you will need to ask one staff member to update the Founders tools so the password is the same as the founders / owners log in (on the forum)

I can see by my tools the founders / owner account was updated "NEW PASSWORD" on 13/02/2017

If you can PM me with the right Email address used to make the forum with then i can reset the founders tools.

Ape thank you but the looks of the forum were already changed at the oldest date you can perform backup to. So there is no need for any further action. Thanks for response guys.
