Forumotion TOS question

If you pay for your forum domain , copyrights, etc. Are you still under forumotion tos or are you on your own at that point you pay for everything?

Forumotion provides certain services for all users. If you pay for additional services - Forumotion continues to provide you with a number of free services, as well as provides you with services for which you have paid. Forumotion also requires you to fulfill a number of requirements stipulated by law, regardless of the availability of paid services.
