Question about reporting a forum to Forumotion Staff

Hello yes i have a question about reporting a Forum!
I need to report a forum to Forumotion Team not the admin of the forum!
This said forum is giving its users hacks and cracked Games and other Software! Where would i go about doing this

You have a juridical or moral problem with a forum ? Fill in its address and complete the form. After validation, an e-mail will be sent to the administrators of this forum.

but what admin will it be sent to the one im reporting or Forumotions?

I think it goes through the litigation team as well and if they deem it a light offence then they'll send that email along. If it is very serious they'll deal with it.

At least this is my understanding of how the system works.

Perhaps waiting until an official member of the forumotion staff comments.

The report goes to the litigation team which then checks the forum to see if it is breaking the Terms of Service. The administrator of the forum will see that a litigation report has been sent, but will not see the report itself.
