Cant open admin panel

When the problem appeared : In my forum, admin acount cant come into administration panel. Showing that they dont have access to it. But in groups info , they are added. Something in forumotion problem it seems.

In my forum, admin acount cant come into administration panel. Showing that they dont have access to it. But in groups info , they are added. Something in forumotion problem it seems.

Hello

Go to admin panel .,, users and groups ..,group administrator
Find the group click the yellow gear icon and check if you have added the members to that group

Also one more thing about the administrator group, only the founder has access to the full administration panel...there are things that only the founder can see like the templates, credits management, and some other options

problem is what main acount password is lost, and i cant log in. I also dont remember my email i used.

But i sure i didnt remove admins from group, but no one cant come into panel.

the group in which you have to add the user you want to access the Administration Panel is the following:

Add the users there and they will see the Administration Control Panel

As i told you already in pm we can not reset your password without the correct email
We need the creation email without that we can not do anything due to security reasons
Maybe you can send me by pm a list of potential emails

@naktyje you need to be in this group to see the admin panel - https://sweetsin.forumlt.com/g1- - any other group will not give you access to the ACP

You can call all the groups "Administrators", but only that one (admin group by default) will give you the access

Problem is , what people in this group cant access admin panel, idk the reason....

@naktyje they are probably not in the correct group, or they are doing something wrong - that could be the only reason, because if you are in the Group 1, then you are admin.

Are you allowed to add new members there? if so, you may try to add me in it and I can check personally

1. Main acount - i dont remember password and email
2. Admins is in right group
3. They cant open admin panel , like you see in photos
4. Idk the reason, but it is so strange

From the group you should be able to see the option to add new users, is it so? or not even that part?



and since when no member of that group can access the ACP? always been like that, or only since a moment?

I can see only group information. I cant add anyone , i cant open admin panel

I see forum like regular person

@naktyje I've ran out of ideas I am afraid, the only reason is that the group is not the admin one - but if you claim it is so

Since you are the founder and you can not access the admin panel cause you do not remember your password the only way we can help is by inform us by pm the correct email you used to create the forum
As mentioned you can send me a list of potential emails

Okay. And what next if I changed email to a fake one? All admins could acess admin panel a moth ago. I might edited my profile with a fake email. Everything was fine. And now, it seems like founder acc password was changed, and all of the admin lost their acess to admin panel.

Did you gave your password to anyone else?
Even if the email has changed if you give me the correct first creation email i can help you

You make members admins that you can trust

Admins was all trustworthy. And only one admin knew the password.

@naktyje the foundation email serves to verify that you are the real owner of the forum and not someone pretending to be it

@skouliki needs to verify that you are the real owner in this way (it is the procedure).
Once that is done, she may change your foundation email to a new one, that you have access to, and send you a new password so that you can access again.

The foundation email is a necessary step to verify the ownership of the forum

Forum was created in 2015. I dont remember if I could create a forum with a fake email? Or I had to verify the creation?
