Lost Password and cant Recover Password

Hello Guys,

im one of the Founder of this PAGE https://streetsofls-lsbclan.forumotion.com/ with [LSB]TheGame, but we cant recover our Account and forgot Admin password, i cant reset my Password it doesnt work with my old Email and Username.

We want to open the Server again.

First of all welcome to the English support forum.

For me to help you on a new password please PM me the following.

URL of the forum.
Username of the founders account. (This must be the founders / owners account not a co admin.)
Email address used to make the forum with.

This must be sent to me by PM only not in the public forum.

No the member had a problem so we had to ask for help of a tech or Luzz.

I have sent a Pm to the member to try again now.
