user mail account?

user mail account will not be accepted by the forumotion system?

- The user has a completely correct email account!

- Why won't the system accept a new member signing in with this email: XXXXX@n49.dk

- I can easily send an email to his account from my google email!

What is the reason for forumotion's rejection of his mail?

our system has a spam system so maybe that email is blacklisted
my advice is to ask your member to make an account using one of the following ....Live,Hotmail,Gmail,Yahoo

The domain n49.dk was whitelisted, normally your user can sign up with his usual name now.
