Why not ask the guy you brought it from. Just and FYI, some phpBB themes don't work with Forumotion Forums.
The first thing you need to do is extract the zip file ands see what you have inside it.

Themes that work with Forumotion can be found on hitskin and the tutorial to installing them can be found here

If you want to have that theme in a Forumotion forum, you should adapt the images and codes manually.
I recommend to check the tutorials about CSS and HTML coding for better results.

I dont want themes from Hitskin, I want exact theme that I have and that use this forum for example:

Like i previously said, some of those phpbb themes do not work with Forumotion, like Yoshi stated above perhaps you can convert it so you can use it with your Forumotion Forum. Or ask for your money back since you can't use it with this Forum.

You able to import the skin to your site if they have the same setting construction, like these

Template: overall_header.tpl or viewforum_body.tpl
Skin/theme: theme.bbtheme
CSS: style.css

Unfortunately, he brought the theme from "Some Guy" which is why i told him to ask the person he brought it from if it' compatible with Forumotion.
