Anti-spam check

Hello, I am not sure if I am posting on right place, forgive me if I made mistake. Anyway, my members have a problem to post because everytime when they want to post or create new topic there is Anti-spam check: Please confirm that you are not a spammer by clicking on the "Save" button, but sometimes the save button doesn't work. Can you please help me to remove this and to solve it. They are all old members.

Thank you both for your replies. I did try those solutions but it didn't fix it at all. It still do the same as before. If a member didn't post for a week or few days, the Anti-spam check appears when they want to post.

this could be down to you not posting for a long time and it would ask you to make sure you are not a spammer or a hacker making a post on your account

or the anti-spam protection system has been triggered on the forum by doing too many actions in a short period
there is no way to override this system....we apologize for the inconvenience, but understand it exists to defend your forum against spammers
