Can't log in

Description of problem

I can't log in to my forum. I have my forum under maintenance but I should still be able to log in since I'm the owner/admin (was trying to make a couple of adjustments before I open it).

I was trying to add a music player to my forum. When I did, that's when I got kicked off my forum and now I can't even log back in.

You can log into your administration panel via forumotion tools or via your web address if you type /admin at the end of it Very Happy

Have you tried using this tool: https://www.forumotion.com/utils/edit
Perhaps entering pass there may work. I am unsure how adding a music player can cause this. What HTML did you use? Is there any script?

Thank you! I wasn't aware that I could do it this way but I was able to go back into my ACP and take the script back out for the music player. Now, I am back on my forum.
