portal can we make ?

can we remove the main logo from the portal and make like this ?

not if your using the pre instaled portal

you would need to create a HTML page and select to NOT use Forum header or footers, in addition you will need to create a new Navigation button to add to ur header in the forum(if you want one) and a way to redirect people to your new Home page
