Changing topics tittle Empty Changing topics tittle

Something is wrong with the topics tittle!
It just wont change when i edit it , what's wrong? BUG again?
The option in the admin panel is enabled so there's no problem there!

so did you try this way

admin panel > general > meseges and emails > configaration > scroll down to topics > alow the modification of the topic title > yes > save
