Announcement Problem! plz help

well i m having a problem with my annoucements. one announcement is working fine but when i add another it shows perfectly but when i click on the link there(hypered) a page opens saying 404-Not Found
and after couple of secs it goes back to the portal page...
why this is happening?

What is the code that you used in the announcements?

looks like you have two links in one or something. try going to the page that you want and re-copy the link.

yea if your html was not on that particular code would not work.
If you did not want your html on. you can always just have your bbcode on and do it with bbc tags like this

david's code is not working in my forum, the html was open but it didnt work. then i use the bbcode u give me up there and it worked perfectly.
btw when the html is on and when it is off? i mean how do u know that? cuz i think mine is on at the moment cuz couple of days ago i cliked on the html button that appeared up on the right corner, since then the look of that box is changes to and old fashioned type, now is it on? or did i closed it ?
