My Unique situation

Since Forumotion.com Lacks the capability to Host your own Files, not images mind you but actualy files. I am hosting my own. Now this being said

I've made a page, what id like it to do is check our websites account database, instead of a local one. if the password/accnt = true. Hand it off to my Server. So all i need to do is merely click download. enter their accnt info. and then if it works handoff to my end. if not then return to the forums.
