Litigation Situation

I find it stupid that when you file a litigation, the email is sent to the free forum owner. They can simply ignore the emails which is exactly what these two websites are doing:

They are posting warez. Those are copyrighted files. If you guys allow warez, please correct me as my friend would love to set up an account for free with you guys so he can post his. /sarcasm.

I was going to send this privately to a Administrator, but for some reason they had the bright idea to make us post before we can PM.
