warning level

i wanted to ask if whether i can make the warning bars,that only admin can edit? i want make members cannot edit? how? got any way?

Users & groups>profiles
Click on modify button corresponding to warning level

Then there is a option,
Who can modify the profile field value ?Uncheck both moderator & member

Then only admins can change it.

how about signatures?

i only want my forum staff to have it..not members..like forumotion..

Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>User Options>>Look for allow Sigs>>Pick what groups you want>>Save
