They have only phpbb3 and the chosen image is :

In phpbb3 the size of the image doesn't change the forum table so with an image as width as https://2img.net/i/fa/fdf_en3/new.gif the right of the image goes to this area ^^

I don't know for punbb and invision but that doesn't work with phpbb2.
