Announcement problem? idk

well i have this bug on my forum for long time, i tryed to solve it but noth and here i ask for help
here is an ss:

as u see there are 2 lines why??
normaly there must be only 1 line

do some1 know how to fix this?

I'd say it depends on your theme. As for the ads, you can remove them in the ACP for members+.

You mean the ad's or the red boxes?

the red ones.(i made them red to show u)

i have make another test forum with the same theme and theres no second line idk how that happened but its not theme's fault.

i just put the adds to not look very ugly

Install the Theme again.

i have already did this but noth changed.....
