kids forum - DONE

hello everybody ...im from greece

i wonder if i can open a kids forum ..under 13 years old ... im thinking something like a cartoon forum..is this possible ??? what about rules policy..

You can open one for under 13. Just go into the Admin's panel then go to Users then go to user settings. Mine is for ages 3 to 100

well im almost 31 but i have many friends who have kids under 13 and thats why i had the idea
