post issues

hi, i'm new, and i have abit of an issue with my forum, while it seems to work for everyone else, the forum isn't letting one of my members post anymore, she put one post down, but it's not letting her post anymore, her description of it is her net hiccuping when ever she posts it and it gets lost, and it seems to happen everytime she does it. thing is, she has another acount up there, and it works just fine, no porblems at all. i would really like a solution for this soon, thanks in advance.
