I've created my first forum && i don't know how to unlock it!! How do I change the settings that only registrated users can write?!

What do you mean that you can't unlock? You locked a topic and don't know how to unlock it or what? about the permission that only registered users can write here is what you have to do: Go to the admin panel=>Forum=>Permissions=>Forum permissions control there you can select a topic that you want and make it available only for registered members to be able to post and view a topic.
