Click on modify corresponding to the category title.
Then edit the title with just the category text.

It should sort the problem.

Are you saying your issue is that the mouse doesn't change from default to your custom one, until you reach the category "All product support sections"?

If it isn't, then please explain the problem a little more ...

Remove the code that you currently have for the mouse, make sure you copy it first, then lets put it in a much better place!
Admin panel >> Modules > Javascript code management > Create new;

• Title: Mouse code
  
• Placement: In all pages
  
• Javascript code: Insert your code here!
  
• Hit Submit

Well, I believe what he is saying is that it is your NORMAL mouse cursor, until you reach the All Product Support Section. Once you go past there, the cursor is always the HAND... it's quite odd.

You can not changed that. It happens on my forum, too. It happens on all sites, forums, and blogs I visit.

I'm confused again, you said the problem was the mouse, not working properly then you said something about the General section?

Can you please re-state the exact issue, because you've now confused alot of people thus we cannot fix the issue...

So the issue is the General section isn't appearing to specifically Guests?
Just change the permissions: Admin panel >> General > Categories & Forum > General > Hit the and allow guests to see the forum

Although, I do see the General category, which contains Announcements, Introductions & Suggestions/improvements as a guest myself...?

I get your problem His whole forum from GSM category is clickable and leads to some sorta of 404 link and his categories when clicked go to 404 too .

I can't seem to replicate it at my house of FF....
Honestly, I don't see any problems with the layout or activity of your forum, as it's supposed to ask for the login credentials
