Disable emails when someone replies to a thread

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an easy way to disable the emails that get sent out to everyone every single time someone replies to a thread they've posted in please?

Or maybe give them the option, but turn it off by default?

Hi, there is an option in the profile. Please go to:

1. Profile
2. Preferences Tab
3. Select 'Always notify me of replies : No'

Just to be completely sure, also go to:

1. Profile
2. Topic(s) being watched
3. Unwatch (if any) the topics that are currently being watched

Many thanks! But I was wondering if it was possible to set it as the default for /all/ members please? The forum has been setup for people who I'm pretty sure won't want any emails about it!

There is no option to set it for the whole forum.
