Hello. I couldn't find a topic about this already (sorry if there is one, I searched and searched about couldn't find one). I was wondering how to pin a topic on my forum? I see "pinned" topics on all sorts of other forums, but cannot find the controls to pin a topic on my forum. Could someone please help me out? :/ Sorry!

When you started a new topic at the bottom of the screen there should be Options +. Press the +.

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.

Well marking a topic as a "sticky" is the same as pinning it, right? :/

Yes. You can changed the names of them in your administration panel.
