Solved Rank title

if i go to user & Groups > search user > *name* , At the very bottom theres "Rank title"
the only two titles are Admin , and Member. is there any way to add another Rank title ?
Like .. moderator?

(I know you can make mods through usergroups , but iwas wondering about this)

(Sorry if wrong section , new! Smile )

Administration Panel>>Users and Groups>>Rank>>Rank Administration
