Moderator, please help me. i cannot access my forum. What should i do?

The forum ams-thegunners.forumotion.com doesn't exist.Verify the internet address you typed : ams-thegunners.forumotion.com,
and try again if there is a mistake.
It is possible that the administrator has chosen to delete it.

i already send my email address to him but he say "my email they do not match". i only have two email address only. all i give to him.

if you do not have the email address the forum was created with then there is nothing they can do,

Good morning. I had the same problem with you. But i solved the problem. Go here https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/. Write your forum adress without "http" example http://example.forumgreek.com/ to example.forumgreek.com/ and after put your creator password. slg Helper: i already give him my email i use to create my forum but he said that email is not match. i don't have another email.

kirk Manager: i give my email already. that email is i use to created my forum. if you said nothing can do, who can help me now? i try harder to get back my forum.Please give me support because i really need helper.

If you have no other email you wont be able to get the forum back. You are better off create a new forum at this point.

i still waiting my forum back MrMario.Almost 2 month now.i really hope i can get back my forum. Everyday i go to my forum link address, but....

Without the correct founder email your forum can't be recovered. Please understand that if you don't have another email no forum recovery.

i already give you my correct founder email address i use to create my forum. What i don't understand, why that email cannot use to recovered my forum.
For your information, i still keep in my email founder the 1st message i receive when i successful create my forum.

Send me a screenshot of the same wherein it shows the email sent from Forumotion to your founder's address. Make sure its visible in the screenshot.

Mr Sanket: Maybe true that my email send to Mr Mario is not the founder email because just now i try create 1 forum with new email address.i just one to see what the email i have in my mail when i do that.

**You all true that email i send before this is not the founder address.Maybe i use the founder email only 1st time i create my forum.After that, i change the email address in administration panel.Now, i loss my forum and I have forgotton ALL of my details for my Forum: http://ams-thegunners.forumotion.com Sad

To all Administator, Manager & Helper, if possible now i can get back my forum without founder email address? i cannot remember what email address i use before. i only remember two email address i send at pm because that email i use until now.

I think i create my forum february/march 2010. Specific date i cannot remember. I not assume this problem happen. if i know the forum can loss suddenly like this, of course i keep all particular nicely.

would 100000% appreciate it if someone with some sort of power in this support forum can help me here and assist me in getting back my forum.

Really not possible seeing you can't provide the correct email. Your better off re creating the forum. This is your only option.

You know why i do that. I'm sorry, i stopped to do that again.
May i ask:
i create my forum February.2011, have or not forumotion.com save my data?. i means, when user create new forum, I'm sure that admin can see my email i use for create my forum. Can someone here help me to see what email i use to create my forum. i forget & totally not remember email & password i use. I can pay the service if that is only technique i can get back my forum.
