Outgoing link posting

Hello. it says new members cannot post outgoing links until they are members for 7 days.

how can i change this? thanks

Admin panel>General>Security

scroll down to.
Prohibit registered members for less than a week to post external links and emails select No, then hit save

oops sent that off a little late.. lol

Since the problem appears to be solved i will now mark and lock.
