Solved Custom Domain Question.

Is it possible to have forum.mydomain.com or mydomain.com, using godaddy DNS and for free?

i think there is no free domain name company ... Wink You will have to pay to get a domain name.

I already own the domain.

Yes, that exactly. Is Forumotion going to charge me credits to use it though?

And will it be able to use it in links, like, http://forum.mydomain.com/post?p=640289&mode=quote

Hello,

If you bought your domain from another host Forumotion won't charge.
For links it should work as normal.

I will give it a try when I get both my forum and domain set up. I will come back to this thread if there are any issues, until such a time I consider this:
