How do I set when a user send a new subject matter, all respondents were directly notified of the message in the forum between individual notice, and not by e-mail notification

By what you've described, wouldn't you just send a PM?

Are you talking about when members receive notices about new replies and/or new posts?

i think the only reminder in the forum when a member post is via email there are no other ways i could think ...

If you're talking about reply notifications then it's not possible to receive them as PMs instead of emails.
