yes its works, but it not same in that forum,
can you tell it, why isn't same?

Because the CSS for it is not the same.

If you wanted the exactly same menu that would mean we'd have to "borow" it from Irians forum but that would not be OK.

For the CSS you have to manage to stylize it your self.

Or simply find some horizontal CSS menu online for free, the one you like and is not set up on some forum, and we'll tell you how to add it on the top of your forum.
