With the chatbox Empty With the chatbox

I followed all the rules and how it was supposed to go, and then when I click on the link, or when I copy and paste it in at least, it just goes to a page lik ethis.. http://www.virtualkid.org/h2-chatbox and it makes me so mad, because I have been working on this for a long time. Can someone please help me?

Are you using the Forumotion chatbox or another one?

Did you go here and activate it?
