Cannot creat a forum

Please can you help with this one. I have received this message while trying to create a forum


A forum already exists with your e-mail...
You can create only one forum with your e-mail,
but you can moderate several of them.
See it with other administrators.

I have no idea what forum may have been set up with that e-mail address..??? If I knew what it was I would be using it..?? How do I trace the FORUM which I have no idea even existed..??
If you cannot help who do I talk to about this issue...I want to set up a forum but your system claims I already have one....????

Yes I can use ANOTHER E-mail address...but that seems silly to register yet ANOTHER when someone somewhere must be able to tell me the name of the forum I should already have access to..??

So can someone PLEASE tell me the web address for the forum I have APPARENTLY set up using my E-MAIL...
