donations

i tryed to put the donation thing up on my forums and it dont work. can any one tell me or show me how to make it work

Administration Panel > Misc. > Credit Management > Donations
Activate it.
Look at the bottom of the homepage for Contribution in the footer links.

is there a way i can rename it to donation and some way i can put it on the top of the page

Take the link from the contribution link and place it where you want. You can add an button to it, too.

on top where is says home faq search members up there

You will have to create a button or locate one to use.
Then go here and add it:
Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation
Press the add a customized menu button.

do i use the url link?

Where it says Picture add the image's URL in the box.

For the Redirection URL enter this: /donate.
