Re: Forum Mailbox
Well, what happens when you visit the webmail.yourdomain.com?
There should be a blank page with a basic login form, which you enter your full address and nominated password.
An example is: http://webmail.forumotionhub.com

Oh, I just noticed, it's nice to see another Aussie on the forum
Can I ask what your domain is?
Is the domain active, as in, can you access your forum via it as yet?

Re: Forum Mailbox
Yes it does, if the domain isn't active, the webmail won't be active - it has to go through the 2-3 business day purchase cycle before you can use the domain or webmail.
So if you only purchased it an hour ago, you'll need to wait until Wednesday in order for it to be active and applied.

No I mean, the domain has been activated, it was about an hour ago, I paid for it the other day.

Re: Forum Mailbox
Give it overnight, if it isn't all up and running in the morning, then there may be other things we can look into.
