Users IP & WYSIWYG Editor

So i have two questions right now and the sooner i get help with them the happier i will be.

First question is: I've been through the administration panel and looked all over it dozens of times as well as enabling the IP's so that i can see them. However, i can't find the users IP on the forums or in the administration panel and i need to be able to see it so that i can IP ban the bad ones that i do not wish coming around.

Second question is: For google chrome, is there a plugin or something that will let me use the WYSIWYG editor? It works on fire fox but that has a memory leak since their update to 13.0 so my forums lag very badly, which is why i am using chrome and from what i have read it doesn't support the WYSIWYG.

First Question:

You can only see the IP address of a member if he/she has posted on the forum, or both of you are on the forum at the same time (Administration Panel > Home [Bottom right corner])

Alright well since their username and email has been banned their not coming back unless they use a alternate email and name. Was thinking i could see the IP in their posts, but i guess not.
