Solved Ads playing in Background

Hello
I have paid for adverts to be removed from my forum, however even though they can't be seen, members still hear them playing in the background. Is there something that can be done to stop this happening?

Could it be that they are hearing the horse on the widget called Feed & Brush Me?

No it wasn't that particular widget - however I have removed all widgets with links to outside websites and the issue now seems to have stopped.
