Having problems making someone an admin...

hi, I tried making two people admins. I went to my admin panel, went to their rank titles and selected "admin". Then I went to the permissions tab and made them both admin. I hit "save" but the changes aren't saved, so I can't make either person an admin. I've tried reversing the order, by giving them admin permission before changing the rank title, but it didn't make a difference. Please help?

I have tried each person separately, not both at once like I made it sound.

Add them to the group with the crown, then they should automatically become administrators, and don't worry, you, the founder, cannot be removed
Admin panel >> Users & Groups > Groups > Crown'd group.

Hi. I am kind of having the same problem.
I just made a forum with Forumotion the other night and am having problems in this area too, same with moderators.

It's showing for me in the admin panel that i have selected another person as an admin but on the board itself the person is still showing up as a guest etc.
I've been trying all day following all the steps correctly but still some peoblems i can't fix and this being one of them. i am new to forumotion.
Any other suggestions would be great as i'm tearing my hair out over this.
