Server Not Found Empty Server Not Found

Hey im a Forum Admin of http://shinobigeneration.forumotion.com/ and my forum members some of them cant see the forum : SERVER NOT FOUND .

They changed the browser yes
They deleted the cache yes

And please don't post here to say i can enter beacuse even me i can enter still some of my members cant.
