In progress how to create sparkle usergroup names

hello,
i have read some other posts about how to do this, but they dont seem to be working for me,
im looking to make it so you get a sparkling image on the Administrator usergroup
this is my image url: http://forum.ragezone.com/images/backround3.gif

can it also be done so the sparkles also are on the Administrators in the legend?
please help, thanks

ok, thanks, but how do i get it to work on the usernames in the usergroup aswell?
