I think Forumotion should Allow The founder of a forum the option to link two forums together, making it so all the Registered members of one forum would be able to Be registered members of another forum too Without having to register on another forum, Also this would save the pain of having to fill out 10 profiles Hem .

Sorry i had to vote no here,if a forum was to be hacked by some one then all this info could be used to hack the other forums.

The down side is that if you make your account with 1 forum or 100 forums you should always use different account info and passwords to limit your account's getting hacked.

There you go my 5 pence worth lol

Well that's where forum back-ups and password changing comes in handy Smile , and also not telling people your password Shocked

I don't see the point.
As you can just add more forums or categories, such as general discussion for example to your existing forum.
It's easier for the members and less work for the admin.
On many big Windows forums I am member of,they have a separate Windows 8 forum from the Windows 7 ones. Where you have to register again and start from the bottom as a junior member with zero posts. I find that so silly when it's the same discussions, computers etc.
It would be far better for the forum owners to have just created a Windows 8 forum within the existing site.

Well alot of Gaming forums are having problems with members Joining one site for the addons and mods, so they only join one forum, but then they won't Register on the other forum Because that would be too much work, And
@APE Alot of members ( about 85% ) use the same password for everything so they won't forget their passwords.
