Litigation Question

First topic message reminder :

If I were to file a litigation, would the forum I file it against know what was written in the litigation? The reason I ask, is that a hate forum was made, dedicated to my friends and I. I would like to report it, but when I fill in the form, I don't want the creators to see it.

I don't care if they know that a litigation was taken out against them, I basically just really don't want them to see the content of the litigation.

yeah i messaged you back last night and have sent it if. it is sending you a validation link to the email your provided. so be sure to check that and click the link to validate it, if it is not in your main mail folder be sure to check the spam folder.

Other then that the only reason i can think of why it would not go through is because may be because you was using a png image? i dint even try with the png so am not sure, i just changed the image to a jpeg right away and sent it the fist time..I also uploaded directly on the image shack site and clicked the option problems uploading. that brings it to a older up-loader version. Then when you click on the image it gives you the direct link option. So not sure, either way the report was sent.

It still won't validate it, but I do appreciate the help. We can talk in PMs if that is easier I don't want to spam. <3

Yes, everything was entered correctly. I got the email, but it didn't validate. Kirk is going to send the error through to The Godfather.

but be careful, if your report is validated by the legal team, he will be sent to the forum administrator who can then read its contents ...

Wait, he will be able to read the content? ... But the others said no. Nononono. That can't happen. Can you cancel it? Or just... I don't know. It seems really silly that he will get to see the reports content. He will know that it was me or one of my friends, and it will all get worse...
