Litigation admin issues

When I make one I get an email directly and can follow its process.

When I got one against me, I didnt get any email as a warning, should I or have to check my panel often?

Or can it wait till its found and opened so one gets x days to answer as I saw?

When answered last night it was still there, today its gone. And solved so I can breed out and its all ok?

Litigation goes to you and abuses goes to admin, so I do know how that works and its litigation.

I happened to look at Misc some days ago and saw an expected litigation from a mental sick stalker, explained it and now its gone.

If it's the one in the Misc section of your Admin panel, this is not a legal requirement to worry about. This report did not go to forumotion's legal team.

If there was a complaint that went to the legal team, there would be a warning in a pink box, with a countdown timer, in the index/home of the admin panel -- This is the one to worry about.

There is never an email address to correspond with.
