Hello, 

I just started my own forum and I need some help with the following things: 

1. I want to sent Newbies a welcome pm, only I can't find that place for it. 

2. How can I edit my portal?

3. And how can I make the skin of the forum itself? 
Those things are bugging me.

To all members this type of title is not really good to use, you need to use a title that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.  Also try not to post in one topic issues/questions that are not related.  Start new topics for non-related issues/questions.

1.  Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Private Messages
Scroll down the page.

2.  Administration Panel > Modules > Portal/Widgets > Portal

3.  Could you exactly explain further what you mean?
