Multiple False Reports Filed on my Forum

Attention, Edit: Since it won't allow members who have not been registered for at least 7 days to post links, I have separated the links with spaces so all you need to do to view them is put the spaces together. I did this right away because I need help with this on my forum right away and I just can't wait 7 days for such an issue, I have had 5 reports filed on my forum and this person has already filed 4 yesterday and one today, they'll probably have way more by the end of this week and I do not want my forum shut down falsely.

[The Letter and Explanation:]
There has been a user who keeps changing IPs that avoids IP bans, keeps making new accounts and spamming/harassing my members and friends/and now filing false reports on my forum. It has been confirmed that this is the same person because they even admit it, their IP everytime usually has the first two letters only change from something like "95" to "94". Also, they have a distinct way of typing which makes it clear.

This person has refused to stop bothering us and we threatened to call the police if she continues to cyber bully especially on me. I even told her the case of my friend who I knew in rl, Rebecca Ann Sedwick and how the two girls who bullied her went to JAIL. She still hasn't stopped, but that isn't the real topic of this post. I'll deal with this person later.

The reasoning of her banning was completely fair and she keeps filing continuous reports. I even sent a message to her in the form of a post and she read, it and reported it saying I was lying about the girl who killed herself (You can look up Rebecca Ann Sedwick and see all of that story on the news outlets which only happened a few months ago in October) and completely disregards the police. Now I am not sure about how reports work. I'm not sure if they're just there and they never go away or if there's a way to delete them and nothing happens. I am unfamiliar with the Forumotion Report system as on all the forums I have ever made and administrated on, I have never had this problem. I assume it works somehow like the Youtube Flagging System where after a few reports are filed, the forum is shut down automatically. If this is the case, well, this person is known to be switching and changing their IP constantly to continue to terrorize and deface my forum, and some of the reports she is filing are even just calling me names. I hope it is not automatic because I literally have done nothing to her except ban her since she didn't follow the rules she agreed to when signing up. You see, academies have all their events take place on a site called "Dueling Network" ( http : // www .duelingnetwork. com/ ). This is a completely free website and users sign up by entering their email, a username, and pass, similiar to Forumotion. There is no personal information required and you don't enter any personal information anywhere, the only similiar thing I guess you can consider personal is your email. And your email is not visible to anyone and is only used to send you a Confirmation Email for your account (to prevent spam accounts from being made and in case you need to contact a DN Staff member for issues). I require my members and it is even stated in our rules and the post that you need to enter a valid DN username or you and your account will be banned and assumed a troll or spammer account. She never entered her real valid DN username and as a result, was banned. I have even given her multiple chances to give me it so she can be unbanned but she refused.

She claims that this way I am "FORCING HER TO GIVE ME PERSONAL INFORMATION". When a Dueling Network profile contains no personal information nor can you put any on it. Since then, she has been persistent at defacing and terrorizing us. We have IP banned her multiple times on her ever-changing IPs. And now she keeps filing reports. I have left screenshots as well as my forum's address at the top of this message and I hope to have these reports removed. She even made one accusation on one report of the 2 she filed right after she got banned on her 4th Spam Rage that I was asking for "nude pics and I send them my nude pics". This is false; I keep my forum strictly PG-13, anyone even mentioning sex will be warned and possibly banned; and also, I am not sexual at all and anyone who knows me such as my friends know I do not even like the mention of "sex" especially on a forum that is PG-13 and is for a game that which young children play and can sign up on the forum (Yu-Gi-Oh!). Also, in one of her 5 reports, she claimed I was spamming my own forum, she made an account previous to this called "Royal Duel Emporer" (switching around the e and o in my name) spamming a message 38 times which she filed right after that account was banned, also you can see the account she made impersonating me, even though it is banned now, it is still viewable here: http : //royal-duel-academy. forumotion. com/u36 ). 

And finally, I would like to say a thank you in advance. I would like help ASAP when possible because she is filing more and more reports and I would hate to have my forum taken down as a result of some person who got banned on fair grounds after violating a rule they agreed to after joining and who is just salty about it.

ACP >> Misc >> Support >> Reported abuses >>

Once done, you shouldn't worry about it. If you know that you're not doing anything wrong, then don't stress over it. Just ignore it.

Try not to interact with this person.  If you try to ignore this person, they will usually stop.  Also continue to ban each account the person creates.  If your forum is following Forumotion's Terms of Services, then you need not worry about false reports.

If this person is exactly harassing you, then you should contact the correct authorities.

You might want to change the registering process where you have to activate the accounts.
