is posting someone dies of cancer acceptable behaviour
for an admin of a forum to allow other posters to wish on someone ?
This has happened twice and admin said if its within the context of the thread then he will allow it to stay .
Today the death wishes are continuing once again .

Hi,
To specify the allowance:
There is no rule that says a forum cannot morn, or show respect to another person.
There are moral disagreements to posting hurtful or spiteful contents, but that is also permitted, permitting one does not post personal information that was illegally obtained.

This type of content is up to the staff of the forum to decide if it is ok or not. It also depends on what exactly is posted.
